We’re putting the fun back into exercise. Think of it like recess. Playing with balls, bands, ropes, kettlebells, sandbags, TRX, and body weight exercises, we’ll fire up your heart rate, torch your metabolism and change your body composition. We’ll challenge you mentally and physically to be your best self. Think of it as an hour each week you give to yourself.
- A calorie-crushing 60-minute total-body training session designed to eliminate your muffin-top or love handles and re-invigorate your workouts.
- Train your core, fine-tune your movement patterns, build explosive power, strength and cardiovascular conditioning in a small group setting at an affordable price.
- Teach your body to move more efficiently and increase performance on the slopes, the bike, the trails, or simply to look and feel better.
Everyone is encouraged to work at their own pace. No one is judging your performance against others. You will work hard in a group atmosphere that provides accountability and motivation.
Group size is limited to ensure personal attention to detail and form.

If you are relatively new to exercise, or haven’t been working out recently, we recommend a few sessions with one of our trainers first to familiarize you with some of the exercises and to bring you up to speed.
