Boot Camp

The boot camp at Presidio Fitness is 60 minutes of intense total body conditioning designed to burn fat and alter your body composition. It is unlike any workout you have ever experienced!

  • A fusion of resistance training, cardio, sports drills and an array of new, exciting exercises to keep you constantly challenged. No two workouts are ever the same.
  • 6 weeks that will challenge you to take your fitness to another level. You will increase strength, build aerobic capacity, improve flexibility, lose weight and break through plateaus.
  • Our unique program is designed to strain your muscular and cardiovascular systems – not your joints, so you stay healthy, get stronger and stimulate your metabolism long after each training session.

Everyone is encouraged to work at their own pace. No one is judging your performance against others. You will work hard in a group atmosphere that provides accountability and motivation – helping you become the best you can be!

Group size is limited to ensure personal attention to detail and form.
