All
of our training utilizes specific core strengthening techniques
to provide mastery of the fundamental movement patterns we are all
born with. The foundation for these movement patterns is pillar
strength (the integration of shoulder, torso and hip stability to
provide a stable foundation for every movement).
Our
program utilizes multiple joint movements that develop both strength
and coordination. Traditional strength training programs focus on
training the body in 1 plane of motion, but the body moves in 3
planes. Training in multiple planes of motion allows you to move
more efficiently in all directions. This increased efficiency decreases
your risk for injury and enhances your performance.
