PRE/POST NATAL TRAINING

The pre/post natal program at Presidio Fitness is designed for the new and expecting mom. It combines a range of modified strength training exercises and stretching to prepare pregnant women for labor and motherhood. With the proper tools, you will become more physically fit than before having children.

Our program is designed to:

  • Provide continued focus on abdominal exercises
  • Build endurance and core strength
  • Lose excess weight gained during pregnancy
  • Help mom’s on all levels with daily physical demands of baby care
