TRAINING PROGRAMS - TRAIN FOR YOUR NEXT EVENT!
The
Endurance training program at Presidio Fitness caters to runners,
cyclists and swimmers, or any combination of disciplines, including
both the novice and the serious triathlete. Each training program
is customized based on the athlete’s sport(s), experience
and fitness level.

Prevention
Proper
joint function and pillar strength are the foundations of our program.
This allows for maximum power output through your core to the upper
and lower extremities to make you swim/bike or run as efficiently
as possible.
In
addition to addressing mobility and stability, our training program
will improve your elasticity, power and specific strength based
on the demands of your discipline. We will also teach you the prehabilitation
and regeneration exercises necessary to stay healthy and injury
free.
From
here, we will create a custom swimming, biking or running schedule
that will put you on track for your big event.
