BOOT CAMP

The boot camp at Presidio Fitness provides exciting and adventurous workouts in the playground that is our backyard, for those who want to take it outside the gym.

Our program is designed to:

  • Rev Your Metabolism
  • Boost Your Energy All Day Long
  • Improve Overall Cardiovascular Health – the body’s natural fat burning mechanism
  • Maximize Your Potential

Exercises include: pushups, squats, lunges, plyometrics and abdominal work utilizing your own body weight, bands, balls and free weights.

Cardiovascular training includes: running, sprints, hill workouts, stairs and stations.

Everyone is encouraged to work at their own pace. No one is judging your performance against others. You will work hard in a group atmosphere that provides accountability and motivation - helping you become the best you can be!

Group size is limited to ensure personal attention to detail and form.
